International Shipping We ship our entire range of Dolls House Miniature products internationally. All Parcels outside of the UK are shipped with a recorded signed for or tracked service. Customers in the USA and Europe please check with your post office if your parcel is not received within 2 weeks. We have an increasing number of returned items due to customers not checking with their post office.For additional information please see our help page. Product Size Information Please note that all of our products unless stated are specifically designed for dolls house enthusiasts and miniaturists and are accordingly produced in either 1/12th or 1/24th scale. Please refer to our help page. for further information in relation to scale we produce items in to avoid disappointment. Product Pricing Price does not include postage and packing. Customers purchasing from outside the EU are not charged Value Added Tax (VAT) all other customer are able to log into their account and print a VAT invoice.
